Transport yourself to the mountains of Mexico with this soul-warming Café de Olla ☕️ Our pure, unrefined cane sugar brings authentic sweetness and rich caramel notes to this beloved morning ritual.

You’ll need:

  • 6 cups water

  • 1 chopped cone of Mi Huerta Piloncillo

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 tablespoons coarse ground coffee

To make it, Simmer water, piloncillo & cinnamon until sugar dissolves. Add coffee and steep for 5 minutes, strain & enjoy!   Mi Huerta Pro Tip: serve your Café de Olla in traditional clay mugs for the full experience.
